Stacy and Josh's Renewal of Vows ~ 07.04.2012

Stacy and Josh were married in a spur of the moment ceremony, a year ago, before Josh got deployed overseas. Wanting a proper celebration, they decided to have a wedding and renew their vows on their first anniversary. They picked the beautiful Beazell Forest Education Center in Plymouth, Oregon as the location for their special day. I had triple duty that day. Not only am I the bride's cousin, but I also coordinated the wedding, designed the flowers and decor, and performed the ceremony. The colors were vibrant, the weather was perfect, and the food was not only plentiful but also delicious. It was the perfect day to celebrate the couple's anniversary and recommitment to one another!

I had the pleasure of designing flowers and table decor for a beautiful, countryside themed, vineyard wedding held at Melrose Vineyards. The bride, her mother, and her future mother-in-law brought me all kinds of rustic goodness to add into the bouquets and arrangement which gave them that personal touch. Although it poured down rain most of the day, no amount of Oregon weather could put a damper on this hometown family wedding celebration!!

Pacific Union College Graduation 2012

After a 14 month absence, I was asked back by the President of Pacific Union College to design flowers and decor for their Graduation Weekend 2012. She wanted me to design something more colorful and modern then the typical "funeral" type arrangements, to which they were accustom. I designed flowers and decor for the services in the Church, a luncheon at the President's home, a evening reception hosted by the President, and the Graduation ceremony at Commencement Grove. Even though some of my flowers were delayed in shipping, with the help of my trusty assistant, Lorrin B., we were able to get everything done on time and no one even noticed we had to improvise. It was a pleasure to add some color and creativity to such a milestone weekend in Angwin, California!
